DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can shop at Angelika London without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Angelika London account:

- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Unsubscribe or subscribe to our newsletter
- Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- To create an account, simply click on 'Sign in' and 'Continue' to take you to the next step which will require you to fill in your details.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Due to the cost of the item, we want to make sure the item arrives safely in the hands of the customer so we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANGELIKA LONDON ACCEPT?

We accept payment through PAY PAL, We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We try our best to deliver your item(s) within 7 - 10 days for UK, Ireland and most of Europe. For all other countries the estimated delivery time is within 16 days. For a more accurate delivery time for your country please email us at info@angelikalondon.com. As our pieces are hand painted and made to order it may take a bit longer for your item(s) to be delivered, please be patient with us as we are providing you with a piece of unique art! If you need your item(s) by a specific date please email us at info@angelikalondon.com

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should also consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
• Shipping only occurs on business days - Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
• If you have requested a unique design or created your own order, please allow for an additional 7 days for your order to be shipped.

All orders sent in the UK Ireland and most European countries will be delivered by our courier partner DPD and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

For all other countries not specified above we use Royal Mail First Class Airsure services. All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email, If no one is available to receive your item a card will be left offering you the option to have the item delivered on a different date. Please note that any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your responsibility. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order with us.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email by our courier service DPD on the status of your order and the time that they will deliver it. (please note this is only for our UK orders). For International deliveries by Royal Mail you will receive confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number, so that you will be able to track your package to the door.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Once the merchandise is received for an exchange it will be processed within 10 business days and then new merchandise will be shipped.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order.

CAN I HAVE CLOTHING MADE TO ORDER?

Yes we do offer made to order products. Where you can custom design your item, you will be able to choose the style of Item you want, the colour, and the design. Under each Item in the 'shop' page there is an option for you to customise your design. Please email info@angelikalondon.com. Please also see our Returns and Refunds page for made to order/special order products.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

Your order can be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address when placing an order via our website but the full details of the cards registered address/ billing address must be entered into the order. If you are not going to be available for the delivery of your item(s) please make a note on your order of this and the place where you would like your order safely left. Please note however that if you have decided to have your order left without a signature in a safe place then we accept no responsibility for the item once the courier has made the delivery.
