WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are not happy unless you are!

Items purchased from Angelika London.com are eligible for a full refund including shipping costs. Our exchange policy allows exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 
*Items returned and/or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Please note. If you have requested a custom made item i.e. a specific colour/design/size then this item(s) cannot be returned, but if for some reason, you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item purchased, please contact our customer service department immediately at customerservice@angelikalondon.com

Please email customer service, with your invoice number and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning this item. The Customer must also provide the Angelika London customer service team with written confirmation of the desire to return the Product(s). Please send an Email to the above email address and list the following details: Product(s) name, Size, Colour, your name and the Invoice number. Please feel free to offer any other feedback that may help us to improve our customer service.

For exchanges please let us know the desired style, colour and size so we can place it 'on hold' for you and assure it does not sell out while your exchanged item is being returned to us.

When returning an item, we expect items to be returned in the same condition that it was received by you, and request you utilize the original packaging materials, then, place your original invoice in the box to be returned, and be sure to indicate in writing on the invoice whether the item is being exchanged or returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Angelika London will post your exchanged Product(s) free of charge. Angelika London will incur this cost only for the first exchange for the applicable invoice. If the customer wishes to exchange their Product(s) more than once, the Customer will be charged for the postage of the exchanged Product(s).

Please email customerservice@angelikalondon.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Angelika London tags.

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
• Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

All the delivery expenses incurred for the return are the responsibility of the Customer. Angelika London will without delay refund the Customer within 30 (thirty) days from the written request to return the Product(s) and receipt of the returned good(s). Angelika London reserves the right to refuse the return of any Product(s) that do not adhere to the above instructions.

We prefer that items are returned to us via a courier to ensure that the package can be tracked, protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is ANGELIKA LONDON LTD, Nutting Grove, Upend, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 9PL and we request that you contact us at customerservice@angelikalondon.com in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via DHL or DPD.
